A study in the April issue of Environment and Urbanization by David Dodman of the International Institute for Environment and Development is another powerful tool in understanding the environmental benefits of cities. Transit Ridership Up in 2008 – New Report
Getting on Track, a new report by Environment America and the Coalition for Smarter Growth, is reporting that states across the board saw higher mass transit ridership during 2008.
