  • Aided initial research and design for affordable housing while working alongside the Coconut Grove Collaborative.
  • Worked in a team responsible for the University of Miami Student Waterfront Work Exhibit at the Freedom Tower in Downtown Miami.

1998 – 2001US NAVY – NAVY NUCLEAR PLANT ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL)

  • Managed twelve people during implementation of new computer system for the nuclear reactor engine room for the aircraf carrier USS Carl Vinson.
  • Successfully worked in demanding, high intensity teamwork environments.
  • Performed engineering duties that included maintaining, managing, and operating sensitive nuclear power plant electrical equipment.
  • Received rank of E-5 in a very short two years and was honorably discharged.
